The Manager of Compliance and Accreditation will work within a hospital that is an epicenter of care for patients who need advanced treatment such as open-heart surgery, specialized cancer treatments, trauma care, vascular care, neurosurgery, as well as orthopedic and spinal care. The Manager Compliance and Accreditation is responsible for overseeing the regulatory, accreditation, and compliance activities within the health system. The Manager of Compliance and Accreditation works to remain current with state and federal regulators and also assures support and follow up on all surveys, reviews, and investigations. Under the direction of the Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance, the Manager will work closely with system leaders implement new or revise regulations and standards. The Manager of Compliance and Accreditation must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or another healthcare related field. A minimum of 3 years prior accreditation and regulatory survey experience is required. The Manager must be a current Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) or Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP) or be willing to obtain within 2 years of hire. $80K -- $150K
